AHP is Australian based medical personnel, allied health personnel recruitment and services provider and registered national disability services (“NDIS") and Hospital Casemix Protocol (“HCP”) provider operating through a number of separately constituted and regulated legal entities which provide services in accordance with the relevant laws of the jurisdictions in which they respectively operate. Details of the different AHP entities that provide services to clients in respect of each jurisdiction in which AHP carries on business can be found here.

The use of the name "AHP" and words or phrases such as "AHP Group", "group" or "affiliate" or similar phrase are for convenience only and do not imply that all or any of such entities are in partnership together or accept responsibility for the acts or omissions of each other. Legal responsibility for the provision of services are defined in terms of service or engagement entered into between clients and the relevant AHP entity and these should be relied upon in determining liability for the services provided. Absent the explicit agreement and consent of both entities involved, no AHP entity is responsible for the acts or omissions of, nor has any authority to obligate or otherwise bind, any other AHP entity.

SEK Vision Pty Ltd (ACN 627 185 951) as trustee for the SEK Vision Trust (ABN 50 368 409 298 Trading) as “AHP Health Care” provides allied health personnel recruitment services. AHP Health Care does not engage in the provision of any other services.

AHP Medical Pty Ltd (ACN 631 085 400) as trustee for the AHP Medical Unit Trust (ABN 27 620 386 922) trading as “AHP Medical” provides medical and health information personnel recruitment services. AHP Medical does not engage in the provision of any other services.

S Thomas Health Care Pty Ltd (ACN 602 236 733) trading as “AHP Aged Care” provides recruitment and patient services to the aged care industry. AHP Aged Care does not engage in the provision of any other services.

Australian Health Professionals Disability Services Pty Ltd (ACN 627 528 009) as trustee for the Australian Health Professionals Disability Services Trust (ABN 82 904 689 107) trading as “AHP Disability Home & Care” is a nationally registered service provider of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (“NDIS”) and contractor to Hospital Casemix Protocol (“HCP”) providers and Commonwealth Home Support Programme (“CHSP”) providers. AHP Disability Home & Care does not engage in the provision of any other services.

AHP Foundation Pty Ltd (ACN 632 744 855) as trustee for the AHP Foundation (ABN 15 480 392 586) is a public ancillary fund covered by item 2 of the table in section 30-15 of Income Tax Assessment Act 1997(Cth) and is endorsed as a deductible gift recipient (“DGR”). The AHP Foundation is charity endorsed on the Australian Charity and Not-for-profits Commission (“ACNC”) with income tax exemption and GST concession. The AHP Foundation does not provide any client services.

AHP Services Australia Pty Ltd (ACN 640 042 913) as trustee for the AHP Services Trust (ABN 63 854 135 151) does not provide any client services.

AHP IP Holding Pty Ltd (ACN 643 594 754) as trustee for the AHP IP Holdings Trust (ABN 57 356 257 721) does not provide any client services.
