About your opportunity:
AHP medical are seeking consultant psychiatrists to support one of our clients via a telehealth platform. This rewarding role offers added flexibility and autonomy, with you being in control over your own working days/hours and having the ability to work from home.
The successful candidate will be familiar with providing assessments and treatment for patients with a range of presenting issues. The role would ideally include treating adult ADHD and BED 1 – 2 days per week (Saturdays are an option, but certainly not essential) you can choose whichever times work for you.
Key Responsibility’s & duties:
- Provide high-quality evidence-based clinical care within the designated scope of practice
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement by monitoring services and practice.
- Ensure patient flow is managed in a predictable manner.
- Maintain high performance and professional standards.
- Work in accordance with organisational policies and procedures
About you:
- Full registration with AHPRA as a psychiatrist.
- Hold a fellowship from RANZCP
- Ability to build rapport and engage with patients, GPs, and other allied health professionals.
- Ability to work autonomously with excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Ongoing commitment to professional development
