About the role

Working closely with our National recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process including advertising, phone screening, shortlisting, interviewing, reference checking, negotiation of offers, contract creation & onboarding! 

You will be joining a tight knit, fast paced and professional team – Take ownership of talent acquisition for our national vacancies and build our talent pipeline! We want you to embed best practice in the delivery of all facets of the recruitment process! 

You are also eligible for monthly incentives for meeting and exceeding your KPI’s!

About you

You love recruiting, building relationships and have experience across multiple recruitment sourcing channels to deliver high quality talent into AHP!

We are looking for someone with a proven track record of building strong professional relationships and hitting sales targets. You are candidate focused with a dedication to providing excellent service! 

Customer service is very important to us, so humility, compassion and honesty are traits we are looking for in the recruiter that joins our team.
