This highly regarded residential aged care facility offering high-end resident care and individual and community activities within a 24-hour nursing service.

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our aged care client, who are seeking a full time Clinical Care Manager for these fully accredited sites located in either;
BALLINA – NSW
THE ROLE:
As a Care Manager, you will oversee the delivery of clinical care in the Nursing Home to ensure the provision of the highest standard of resident care in accordance with the mission and philosophy of the organisation.
Facilitate and support a standard of care that exceeds minimum requirements as established by relevant legislation.

Work with key stakeholders to attain, manage and improve the outcomes of the Accreditation Standards Process.

THE REQUIREMENTS:
- Previous expertise in staff leadership, supervision, training and management.
- Passion for giving high-quality care.
- Knowledge and experience in Aged Care and Aged Care Accreditation Standards.
- ACFI Experience and Management
– Will be supporting Facility Manager for ACFI for claims and documentation management. - A professional and positive approach to further the skills of the Care Team.
- Experience with Healthcare Systems – LeeCare/iCare/ACFI.
- Previous experience as Care Manager or Clinical Care Coordinator ideal. Registered Nurse in Charge or relevant experience are encouraged to apply.
- AHPRA Registration – Registered Nurse (Division 1).
- Holds Bachelor of nursing or equivalent, Postgraduate qualification in Aged Care is desirable.
- National Police Check/ NDIS Check.
- COVID-19 Vaccine + Booster and Influenza Vaccine.
- First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Full working rights in Australia.
