The Role:

As the EEN, your role will be to:

• Work as a Team Leader and provide leadership to the clinical team
• Conduct a comprehensive review of residents through appropriate assessments and complete appropriate documentation
• Support residents with care requirements in line with the scope of practice
• Provide oversight and leadership of the facility alongside RNs
• Motivate, lead and supervise the care staff
• Complete reporting and documentation based on the requirement

Skills and Experience

• Current AHPRA Registration as an Enrolled Nurse
• Minimum 12 months experience as an EEN in Aged Care preferred but not essential
• A hands-on approach to your role with a focus on customer service
• Capability and experience in leading a team
• Full work rights in Australia
